We’re all pretty familiar with the common retirement narrative. You work at your job for several decades and then you retire for the rest of your life. If you’re lucky, you can spend the next years playing, traveling, and mostly doing whatever you want. But this cultural narrative just isn’t working for millions of people who are approaching or who have begun to experience retirement. Folks in the third third are looking for purpose.
